  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, a separate email with tracking information will be sent.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):

    • Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping: Typically 1–3 business days.

    • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

    • Free Shipping: Available on orders following current promotions.

  • International Shipping:

    • Availability: We ship to select international destinations.

    • Delivery Time: Varies by location; typically 7–21 business days.

    • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout.

    • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's regulations.

 

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, unless stated otherwise. Please provide a physical address.

  • Military Addresses: Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, unless stated otherwise.

  • Please contact us for accommodation if necessary.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Carrier Delays: Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance processes.

 

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [insert contact email] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution.

7. Sales Tax

  • Texas Residents: Applicable sales tax will be charged on orders shipped within Texas, in accordance with state regulations.

  • Out-of-State Orders: Orders shipped outside of Texas are not subject to Texas sales tax. However, customers are responsible for any taxes or fees required by their local jurisdictions. Taxes and fees should automatically apply at checkout, in certain instances additional fees not automatically applied will be charged as required by law.
